We’re delighted to welcome Ashley Chapman to the Project Management Team at Connecture Limited.
Ashley joins us as a Project Manager at an exciting time for the business as Connecture continues to grow and expand its portfolio of projects. With over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Ashley brings a wealth of expertise in managing complex, high-profile programmes across a wide range of sectors.
Throughout his career, Ashley has successfully delivered strategic programmes and major projects for organisations spanning government (national and local), public utilities, transport and rail networks, blue light services, and the military. His experience also includes supporting major international events, including London 2012 and the Ryder Cup 2014, where reliable, mission-critical communications infrastructure was essential.
Ashley’s technical background is extensive and spans mission-critical command and control systems, TETRA, 4G and 5G mobile networks, digital and analogue PMR radio, LAN/WAN networking, Wi-Fi, enterprise IT, unified communications, and software solutions. This breadth of knowledge enables him to manage complex technical programmes while maintaining a clear focus on delivery and outcomes.
Alongside his technical capabilities, Ashley brings strong commercial and consultancy experience. He has a proven track record of developing successful bids and tenders, building robust business cases, designing effective delivery processes, and securing additional project variations through strong client relationships and consistent delivery against plan and specification.
Colleagues and clients alike recognise Ashley for being highly organised, decisive, and detail-driven, while maintaining the ability to see the bigger strategic picture. He is also known for his calm and considered approach under pressure and his ability to motivate and mentor teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
Ashley joins Connecture at a key point in our growth journey and will play an important role in helping formalise our project management processes, ensuring we continue to deliver successfully while managing an increasing volume of new orders and opportunities.
